How Did You Know You Wanted To Be An Author? I actually had no intention of becoming an author. I was quite happy telling myself stories in my head - stories which, as I proceeded through the school system, became increasingly more interesting than whatever was going on outside my head.

What Is Your Advice For Aspiring Authors? I'm not a big believer in 'aspiring'. In my view, if you've taken the plunge and written down some part of your book, you are an author just as much as someone who's written multiple books.
So my advice? Sit down and start writing as soon as possible. Get the 'aspiring' bit out of the way.
