How Did You Know You Wanted To Be An Author? I've always enjoyed entertaining people, but it all started when I came home from shopping one rainy August afternoon in 2015 and felt the sudden urge to put pen to paper. Six weeks later, and 800 pages later, I finished my first manuscript.
Since then, I have over thirty manuscripts in development, and published three books, with my fourth, Searching for Sarah, releasing in the Spring 2020.
What Is Your Advice For Aspiring Authors? Here's the advice I give to all aspiring writers:
Get you backend in a seat, and write what you know. Lastly, trust your gut, and learn to take rejection and criticism. One-star reviews can provide you with as much insight as a five-star review.
