Author Bio: Jay graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, is a CPA in the state of Texas as well as a Certified SMU Business Coach. He was Vice President of Financial Planning for Alliance Data during their successful IPO. He has both built and led high performing teams. Jay has been a guest speaker at the Texas Society of CPA's Expo Conferences in Houston, San Antonio and Arlington.
Rosemary holds a BA in economics from Douglass College, Rutgers University, and an MBA in finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University. She began her commercial lending career with Citicorp's healthcare commercial lending department in Dallas. Her first job out of college was with Bear Stearns & Co.'s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York City. Rosemary served as senior vice president of Comerica Bank, where she was a senior originator and assistant group manager of a regional office. Her career in the Dallas financial services market also includes serving as senior vice president of Compass Bank and Bank of America Business Credit. Prior to her retirement in 2014, she was the executive Vice President/chief lending officer for the state-chartered Liberty Capital Bank based in Addison, Texas
