How did you know you wanted to be an author?: I first knew I wanted to be an author in elementary school. I was given an assignment by my English teacher to read a book and then write the next three chapters. At first I thought it was a daunting task but it ended up being really fun. My teacher loved my chapters and told me that I'd make a great author one day and that is when I first started considering the idea of making my stories come to life through the written word.
What is your advice for aspiring authors?: Everyone has a story. That is always something I say to people who ask me if I think they could be an author. You just have to find a unique way to get people to relate to your story.
Do you have any writing rituals or practices?: Keeping a notebook and pen with me at all times is the only writing practice that I have. I never know when a story idea will strike me and I need to be prepared to write down some notes so that I don't forget it.
What message do you want readers to remember?: Every story is unique and can take you to places you never knew existed. Don't be afraid to explore the unknown and try reading genres you never would have considered before.
How can fans get in contact with you?: I can be found at my website at junipergrove.net or on various social media sites including Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
