How did you know you wanted to be an author? As a young girl I liked to write fairy tales – then life, studies, travelling and later having a family and working together with my husband (an engineer) there was no time to write…until our grown up daughters said: you should write again.
What is your advice for aspiring authors? Write, write, write;
what you feel,
what you experience and
what you see or have seen.
Do you have any writing rituals or practices? Not really. Some stories come from experiences, or adventures, or observations, and they are in my mind for weeks, maybe months, until the moment comes and I just sit down and “it writes” and flows for hours and hours. Later when I start to read, and edit I wonder how things came about.
What message to you want readers to remember? Conicidences are extremely helpful and need full attention. Difficult situations in life happen to everyone; however a positive attitude brings often solutions to understand fate and overcome obstacles.
How can fans get in contact with you? I am on Facebook – however I am not keen to post daily happenings – or my life experiences – it is too personal. Fans may contact me by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
